All types of Hard Lock bearing nuts have passed our own vibration impact tests based on the US NAS3350 standard screw looseness test with strength to spare. As bearing-use self-locking nuts, HLB nuts have to stand up to a wide variety of vibrations and impacts, but this experimental data proves that HLB nuts continue to maintain a stable locked condition regardless of the severity and type of impact. Compared with the data for other general-purpose nuts, the HLB’s superiority is clear.
